How do I pay?
Checkout sends us an order request; no card details are entered on this site. Within one business hour (Mon-Fri 9-6, Sat 10-4 Central) we email a secure payment link with sales tax for your address. Your order is confirmed when payment clears.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $7.25 and free when shipped items total $69 or more after discounts. Express is $16.85. eGift cards and software codes are emailed, so they never carry a shipping charge.
What does MEGA10 cover?
MEGA10 takes 10% off everything in your cart except eGift cards and the daily Mega Pick, which is already 12% off. Enter it in the cart.
What is the Mega Pick?
One product a day gets 12% off until midnight San Antonio time. A new pick appears every day, and the discount is already in the price you see.
Can I return something?
Yes. Most unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Food can't be returned, but tell us within 48 hours if it arrives damaged or thawed. eGift cards and activation codes are final sale once delivered.
Do you ship frozen food?
Yes, within the contiguous US. Frozen items ship Monday to Wednesday in insulated boxes with ice packs so they don't sit in a depot over the weekend.
